People get up early but it doesn't mean they aren't tired. Set your alarm clock 10 min before you want to officially get up. It'll wake you up and most likely, you'll go back to sleep.
But if your alarm clock is like most, it'll wake you up again 5 mins after without being turned off. Then, go down and splash water on your face and make some coffee as you change/get ready. This'll most likely wake you up.
Btw, drop the sleep tablets, if you want to actually sleep a refreshing one, drop them. Just try to tire yourself out during the day and don't take any naps. Watching TV as well as being on the computer is good for tiring out too.
Stretching will relax your muscles and might make your mind go a bit more slack. Hopes this helps :).
I suffer with sleep problems myself. I know where you're coming from with all this. Exactly what kind of sleeping pills you take?
I'll tell you straight forward but taking sleeping pills can sometimes make you feel either tired the next day when you wake up or make your sleeping problems worse than before. I personally don't believe in taking sleeping pills myself. Instead, I take natural supplements to help me get to sleep at nights.
I take melatonin to help me get to sleep at night and I love it. I don't feel tired in the mornings and I feel refreshed. Sometimes you may have to add other natural sleep aids to help you get to sleep at nights as well.
I thought I share with you what I take to help me get to sleep at nights. Other things that I can tell you that could help you sleep better at nights are avoid taking naps during the day, don't lay around all day keep on going, exercise, eat healthy such as fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, and avoid drinking caffeine (coffee, tea, and sodas) after 11 am. I hope I've helped out here.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
