If you want to try to help her, you must take care of yourself, even if that means moving out and leaving her on her own. The fact is that she's an adult, and unfortunately adults have the right to make bad choices. If you think she's a danger to herself or others, call 911.
If you can't leave her (either because you can't afford it or you don't want to), see a therapist. A therapist could also help you figure out how to help your mother. But, clearly if your mother is as you describe, then make a plan to leave and stick to it.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
