I took 20 tylenol within a 24 hour period. Am I at risk for Paracetamol toxicity?

Ok Blake, I think you should go to A&E to get assessed. The tablets are still being broken down by your body, and it is impossible over the internet to know whether all your symptoms are due to the paracetamol, or whether there is something else going on. They would undoubtedly make you vomit.

I have to tell you that people have died with taking this amount of paracetamol, although others have taken more and lived. It is all to do with how each individual metabolizes the drug. Overdosing with paracetamol does not happen straight away, it is a long slow process and a horrible way to die.

That said, I urge you to tell someone and go now to hospital and get checked out. Please for your own sake, go now. Whatever caused you to do this can be sorted out.

There is plenty of help and support out there. Just ask for it, and things will look better for you. Best of luck to you and I am sure you will be ok after getting checked.

It is better to be safe than sorry. Doulglas B ---- Wow, that was not a smart answer was it? Did you actually read the question?

This boy has overdosed on paracetamol 2 days ago and you are giving him exercises for tight muscles! What is wrong with you? You continually give inappropriate advice, by blaming all medical problems on tight muscles and then pasting copies of your exercise regime!

This is wrong. Plain wrong and could be harmful. You did the same thing with a boy who had an ear infection and advised on exercise for that.! I ask you again, please direct your answers to where it is appropriate, - that is where people have muscular aches and pains.

Thank you.

The pains in your back are tight muscles being pinched. When back muscles are tight they can press into the nerves leaving the spine that go to the organs. Pressure on the nerves to the intestines will change your stools as well.

To get rid of these problems you have to release your back muscles to free up the tight ones pressed into the nerves and here's how to do that release: Back: (do while sitting on a chair) Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front, and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm as straight as possible.

When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, then release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side. For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.

Feeling light headed and very tired happen when your neck muscles are tight for they can restrict the blood flow in your head so less oxygen makes it to the brain to result in those two problems. When the blood is restricted in your head it also messes with your internal thermostat to cause chills or sweats. To get rid of these problems you have to release your neck muscles to free up the tight ones restricting the blood flow which will resolve the issue with the chills and here's how to do that release: Neck: Place your hands behind your head so your fingers meet in the middle of your neck.

Press into the neck with a moderate pressure and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your head as far as you can, then remove the pressure from the muscles but continue holding your head down for another 30 seconds. For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
