Caffeine is the obvious choice here. A strong cup of coffee or an energy drink could do the trick, but if they're not interested in taking more medication, they could try taking a cold shower (or just splashing their face with cold water), doing a bit of exercise (jumping jacks or running in place), or just anything to get their blood flowing. Switch between things they're doing to keep their brain busy and challenged.
Next time take regular Tylenol. Tylenol PM is suppose to make you sleep thats why it's called PM. Tell him to get up walk around and exercise.
Then eat and drink something with caffeine in it. I'm not a doctor so, keep this in mind. If he is sleepy why not take a power nap?

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
