I turn on my glasses, then turn the ps3 on with the game and the 3d won't work. its still in 2d?

First and most obviously you need to be using a 3D-enabled TV and running the PS3 through HDMI. Second, then you have to play a game that supports 3D. Then you may need to configure the game to enable 3D.

You need a HD TV that plays 3D then you need 3D glasses that are made for that 3D TV then you need to have a 3D HDMI cable and then the game you are playing needs to have 3D capable gaming and you would need to turn it on aswell.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
