You should go to the salon and ask them what makeup/hair style would look best.

Curl your hair a put in red highlights. Then go for some brown, black, or gray eyeshadow with black sparkly eyeliner and lashblast mascara. Lastly get some light red(not pink)blush and some complimenting lipgloss that goes with your skin tone and lip color.

Try light browns like chestnuts. I also have green eyes, light brown hair and fair skin. Don't use dark colors because it will wash you out.

Try not to look tan, it will make you look pale. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
