I wrote a hub on this, well it says 6 pack, but the routines will help you cut weight. You need to work your whole body, there really isn't one "best exercise". You cannot just do cardio you need to mix cardio with resitance training as well.

Dancing. For me it's dancing. I generally hate working out, so anything that gets me moving is a good thing.
I wear smalls, and look and feel good. I dance almost every day - whenever the mood strikes me, really. It's good because it gets all - or most - of my muscles going.
I walk & bike 2 stay fit. Of all the exercises out there, they have a machine that's called the ab circle.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
