As far as I am aware, most libraries are offering their ebooks in the epub format, unfortunately this is not a compatible format for the Kindle. This is a list of the compatible formats for the Kindle device/service:-native to the Kindle• Kindle (.AZW, . AZW1)• PDF (.PDF)• Text (.TXT)• Unprotected Mobipocket (.MOBI, .
PRC)• Audible (.AA, . AAX)• MP3 (.MP3)-convertible to Kindle format• Microsoft Word (.DOC, . DOCX)• Text and RTF (.TXT, .
RTF)• Structured HTML (.HTML, . HTM)• JPEG (.JPEG, . JPG)• GIF (.GIF)• PNG (.PNG)• BMP (.BMP)• Compressed ZIP (.ZIP)Thankfully there are thousands of free books available online (not just from Amazon); that you can load/read on a Kindle. So, if your in the market for an ereading device; you may want to see who offers the content that you want to enjoy and then see what devices support the formats.
And as much as I hate to put this into printed words; you may want to look into getting a tablet computer (iPad), or netbook computer, this way you can get a reading program that will be compatible with the books you want to enjoy.
I think Kindle will go with letting people read epub at some point but I doubt it will be anytime soon.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
