I want to connect DTV converter with satellite to get analog stations. How do I do this? Splitter, A/B switch?
I've learned there are many local analog stations that won't be available with satellite. I have a roof top antenna, get exceptional reception, so I want to connect it to a DTV box and the satellite. Suggestions?

As you've stated, this is correct for "only" satellite customers who receive local channels over-the-air An A/B switch will work great for your situation. They cost anywhere from $3.00-$15.00 from a local electronics store or (ahem) amazon.com Connect the output coax from the satellite box to the "A" side of the A/B switch. Connect your over-the-air antenna cable to the "B" side of the switch. To watch cable programming, flip the A/B switch back and forthe between "A" and "B" to switch from satellite and over-the-air TV.
It's a pretty simple installation, which I've briefly talked about @ tvconversionhelp.com/2008/07/22/list-of-cable-and-satellite-companies-and-their-policy-on-the-transition-to-digital-television-dtv/" rel="nofollow">tvconversionhelp.com/2008/07/22/list-of-... Installation time can be less than 5 minutes if you already have the converter boxes ready to be hooked up. Good Luck, Jay Sources: tvconversionhelp.com .
Is a DTV converter box the same as a cable/satellite connection.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
