Ex. 175 pound person, 1 hour mowing.346 calories... adding 5 % would make it 363, adding 20% would make it about 415 Hope this helps!

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
