Foods and Plants Foods: petalia.com.au/templates/storytemplate_p... Here are plants: dogpack.com/health/poisonplants.htm and another article with some caveats and good information. dogs.thefuntimesguide.com/2006/02/homema... One thing that isn't mentioned often is the chemicals in human foods. Try to avoid feeding your dog anything you wouldn't want to feed a child.

Try to stay away from preservative heavy - or salty foods. If you have to feed your little doggie some scraps - you may want to improve his/her dog food to offset the nutritional hit. There are many things toxic to dogs that you would never even think of! It is a good idea to copy this list and keep it handy, or memorize the foods that are on it. It is something you need to reference frequently if you feed table food: Chocolate Onions Rhubarb Raisins Grapes Pork (especially the fat!) Turkey (especially the skin and fat!

) Raw green potatoes, or any potato with spots of green Potato peels and sprouts Macadamia nuts Walnuts Tomato plants and stems Mushrooms Yeast dough Garlic Raw egg whites Avacados Nutmeg Brocolli Liver Coffee Salt Sugarless candy Also, though not in the food catagory, antifreeze and Advil (Ibuprofen) are toxic to dogs. Peanuts are NOT toxic. I use peanut butter to give my one dig medicine and it works really well!

SOME THINGS THAT I DO MIX WITH MY DOG’S FOOD, AND ARE GOOD FOR THEM INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: Green beans Bananas Pumpkin (not the pie filling but the "pure pumpkin", such as Libby’s in a can in the baking section) Carrots Sweet potatoes PUMPKIN is good for diarrhea and constipation in both dogs and cats! See article below: Pumpkin for cats - pumpkin for dogs - Pumpkin for diarrhea or constipation If your dog or cat is having the occasional case of constipation or diarrhea, one of the things that might help is canned pumpkin. Yes canned pumpkin in its pureed form (NOT pumpkin pie filling) is a fantastic stool softener which makes it a good natural remedy for constipation.

It often helps with upset stomach or indigestion for both cats and dogs. It is very rich in fibre and adding just one or two teaspoonfuls to your pet’s food often gets the system moving in no time. Dogs will occasionally want to eat it directly and that’s fine too.

Sometimes though, finicky cats and dogs won’t touch it no matter what you do. On the opposite end of things is diarrhea. Since the dietary fibre in canned pumpkin absorbs water, it can be a great help to a cat or dog that has diarrhea.

Some pet owners report that it firms up their pet’s loose stools or diarrhea within a few hours. Again one to two teaspoonfuls is all that is needed.N.B. It should be noted that both diarrhea and constipation can both be very serious and require immediate veterinary care depending on the cause. Whatever the cause, diarrhea or constipation lasting more than 24-36 hours requires vet care.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
