Ideas on grade 4 science project?

It's going to have to be lightweight I'd suggest using Styrofoam which can be cut to whatever shape you need and can then be painted to be made to look attractive. It's very lightweight so if you want to add some kind of sail, or spoiler which acts like a sail, it should still propel well. Wheels are kind of a tough one, but I'd make them out of a very lightweight wood, possibly balsa wood, which is thin enough to be shaped easily.It won't support much, but that's fine if the car itself is built out of Styrofoam.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
