Not only is it unethical, but I believe it would also be illegal to acquire it otherwise. There was likely an important reason why this particular pesticide was banned from use and using it anyway would only violate the rule or law that put it out of commission. Imagine if the pesticide was particularly poisonous and posed an increased hazard to human or animal health.
Would you let your children play outside if this pesticide might harm them in any way? What about your pets or any other stray or wild animal that might happen to cross your lawn. In my opinion it would be extremely irresponsible and insensitive to go out and buy a banned pesticide just to obtain a certain effect that this particular pesticide might offer.
Not a good idea.
If the law prohibit sales of the item then it's use has already been banned so therefore it is illegal. Use of pesticides are regulated by the Dept. Of Agriculture in all States and also the correct application of legal ones.
If you are hurting animals then the Dept. Of Conservation could also levy fines for each animal you hurt. So if it is illegal then yes it's immoral and also unethical.
It's against the law and if you were caught you could be arrested.
I don't practice lawn worship myself so it could all burn off for all I care. I don't put any chemical on my lawn because my dogs and daughter play out there. If chemicals are banned, there's probably a good reason for it, like excess chemical run off into drinking water, problems with run-off and livestock in the area, high concentrations of cancer in the area (Tom's River, NJ, is a cancer hotspot for instance).
These are just some ideas as to why it might be a good idea to find a more natural alternative. Many lawn companies have green, environmentally friendly alternatives.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
