It's possible, yes. Any bacterial or viral disease the person had, could be contracted from, because there would be traces of that bacteria or those viruses in the blood sample, and now it's in your body. So things like HIV, mono, hepatitis, even the flu.
However, from what i've been told, the smaller the amount, the less your chances, but the risk is still there. You cannot get tumors from drops of blood. Tumors are caused by the overgrowth of cells.
You also would not contract any genetic disease. Don't drink people's blood.
If the other person isn't infected with anything, then you're going to be fine. I even think stuff like HIV is hard to spread if you happened to get someone's blood in your mouth, although I think it's possible.
