A bartender is on an expired visa and is being paid in cash and tips. Although people are entitled to work, if they are illegal then they are at their own risk, and this employer needs a wake up call. Failure to withhold taxes is against the law and he is guilty of other things that are more difficult to prosecute on, like lieing about benefits to employees with nothing in writing.

People are only entitled to work in this country if they are a citizen or have governmental authorization to work (since their working displaces a citizen's potentially working. ) The one staying over on an expired visa is a criminal hoping he doesn't get caught while he takes money and employment a citizen should have.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
