In terms of the law, no, in terms of common sense, **** yea.
It is NEVER a womens fault for rape (yes, this is coming from a man). I don't care how she dresses, hell she could not dress at all and it would still not be her fault. However, some rapists (such as the serial rapist in new york city last year) target girls who dress in "revealing outfits" .
Feminists made a huge fuss when cops said that until the rapist is caught, women should not wear short skirts. This does not mean that the women deserved it, but in this case it was a safety precaution. That said, women can be raped no matter what they wear.
Rape is done out of hate , not horniness .
I used to have a posting on the bulletin board in my office... it read: "STRESS: The entirely understandable and very human emotional reaction which occurs when you resist the overwhelming urge to choke the living (*^*&^ out of someone who so desperately needs it. " If you are seriously asking this question, then I am feeling STRESS thinking about you.
Even for a troll, you've crossed the line. Come on, I know you can do better than that. Don't you know what "triggers" are?
Do you WANT to be that person that sends a shiver down that girl's spine, or causes that young man to start cutting himself? Do you?
No she's not asking for it, but she should know that dressing like that will cause a lot of attention.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
