If cons want the poor and middle class to pay more taxes, then why do they advocate tax cuts?

Because the rich are going to need all there money to pay of the national debt. Once they break the last union. And get wages down to $5 a day.

Or leave the Country. And let the workers show them how to rebuild it.

The poor pay ZERO. The middle class pay fairly little. The top 20% pay 79% of all income taxes.

I JUST did my 2010 taxes and for 2010, I paid $89,000 on $272,000 in AGI (husband and I combined). That's 33%. I also pay $1,200 a year in City business permit taxes, I pay $10,000 a year for my own health insurance.

I can't even deduct my daughter's college tuition. How on Earth are the poor paying ZERO paying for ME? By the way, the only reason it's not even higher is because I could write off about $10,000 in business start-up and capital expenditure costs which I won't have this year, so it's going to be even worse.

The IRS reports that in 2009 (last year data is available for) the bottom 51% of filers paid *zero* income taxes. I'm pretty sure the poor and much of the middle class is in that bottom 50%. You're all being LIED to.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
