Lol...weird question but worth answering. When I was 19 I moved to a 3,000 person one goat town. The cops there made 10.50 an hour...I imagine they were eligible so that gets me thinking that there are likely towns like that all over the nation.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
