If God gave the devil a chance to repent and enter back into Heaven, wolud he take the chance?

Thank goodness you redeemed yourself there John, after all scrpture teaches that hell is reserved for the devil and his fallen angels. God would not have recorded that if satan could change history by reppenting now. ALSO I truly believe in the Garden of Eden God gave the devil his chance to repent as he did Adam then Eve, and as God is Merciful no doubt gave him many chances since he was Lucifer, along the way too.

Scripture indirectly bears this out.

I am absolutely in agreement with Mr. Pierre. God makes no mistakes, as it is written, so shall it be. Had he not handed down his word regarding the devil, then at that point we are talking a different outcome.

The Lord is infallible and he knew the outcome of our story before it began. Doesn’t mean we have to like it, or understand it. He is the Alpha and the Omega.

How can you contend with that friend?

Well John, you gave up the answer. This would have been a far more interesting discussion if you had not. That said, God already knew what the deal was with Satan when he formed him.

I have a book I'm working on that discusses the difference between when God created the heavens, earth, angels and man, and when he formed Satan; so I won't get into it much here. However, as I said, God knew the deal with Satan from day one that he was in the heavenly realms, which is why he was in a lower court to begin with. My book is discussing all of this; the war, when and why Satan was kicked to the curb; God's plan.

This book has been three years in the works. So no, even if you hadn't given the game away, God would never take Satan back. Aside from that, Satan is far too proud and ambitious to ever repent.

The other issue is that Christ came for the redemption of mankind, not angels and spiritual beings.

It can't happen. Light and darkness cannot occupy the same place at the same time. God is light satan is darkness-pure evil.

Plus, if, hypothetically, this did happen there would be no need for the Savior-all would be moot.

Think of it this way. If you had a person in your life that you could not trust EVER! What would you do this?.

Problem solved~As far as God goes, wether or not you feel he's there, or not,I know there will be a soft place 4 me to land on, it's a win-win. I know he's there. I don't have to have him up my butt 24/7.

Even Jesus thought this, Father' have you forsaken me~. Gloriest is the day when my children don't need me anymore God said! Think about it.

I did~Stop telling God your truth & he will start telling him his~.

Satan won't repent, because satan is the embodiment of darkness. Satan is the opposite of what God is. Satan HATES God.So if God gives satan a chance(which does not make sense because God does not make mistakes), Satan will not take it because he hates God.

Remember; The question is only hypothetical. As I explained in addition to the question and in the P. S; the devil will never be allow back into heaven nor will he ever be given a chance to return.

And the reasoning behind posting this question was most certainly not to contend with the mercy of God or I know full well that my God is infallible and could never make a misake. If God speaks it; so shall it be by the authority of The devil is without and beyond repentance. So the devil won't pray or repent because he knows that his prayers will not be heard by God because he knows that he is out of God's graces and beyond God's mercies. So the question is revelation and testimony to the power of God's presence and And can anyone who has experienced God's presence and Glory stand not being in s presence or feeling God's presence, including the devil himself.

Yes or no?

It is my belief if the devil actually repented, then the God I serve is big enough and powerful enough to forgive and show mercy even to those who have wronged him. As humans, this concept probably goes against our very nature. Put with an all powerful God who showed his love to us in a way a Father who sacrificed his only son could.

With him all things are possible.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
