If God knows everything, he could never be angry at a particular outcome" agree/disagree?

I'm no expert, but I don't think God is testing us. If you're referring to the whole process of living life, and going to heaven or hell based on our decisions... well... that's not really testing. If we were tested, every one of us would be in hell, since "all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God" Romans 3:23.

The point of creating us and giving us a life to live? Hmmmm... I'm not quite sure about the exact reason behind it, but I think you could say that it has a similar logic to having children, or in growing a plant; to have someone to exist alongside, to have someone to take pleasure in watching, as you nurture them and watch them grow. Even if you knew what path they would take, the kind of person/being/plant they would turn out to become, wouldn't you still like to raise them?

Anyways, that's just my 2 cents... Good luck in finding a good answer. :).

Having knowledge of what happens is not the same thing as causing what happens. I know that the sun shines; but, my having knowledge of that is not what causes the sun to shine. On the one hand in the book of Ephesians, Paul speaks of our being predestined for God's glory.

Yet, in the same passage, he also speaks of the importance of hearing the Gospel, believing it, and responding to it. So which is it? Are we predestined, or do we have free will?

The answer to that question is "Yes". That may not sound like I cleared anything up for you. The truth is that this has been one of the debates that has been going on for centuries.

It is a mystery of salvation; you won't unravel it, and you won't figure it out. And, if you push one to the extreme of the other, then you will have something that is out of kilter with scripture. We, therefore, trust Jesus with humble and open hearts.

Consider Christ's betrayal as an example. The betrayal of the Messiah was prophesied in the Old Testament prophecies. As we read the Gospels, however, we see that Judas was a willing participant, as it were, in his actions making his own decisions for which he was accountable.

Life isn't a test, and we don't have to die to be able to experience God's grace and God's work in our lives as we have a relationship with Him in Christ Jesus in communion with the Holy Spirit. I recommend Luke, chapter 15, if you're up for it. It isn't very long :-) Luke 15 (NIV) http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?sea... I hope this helps.

Peace be with you.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
