I just saw my orthopedic doctor regarding this same question. The answer is NO. You cannot hurt the meniscus on the repaired knee again but what probably is going on is arthritis in the knee.
Use the RICE program: Rest/Ice/Compression/Elevate. June 18, 2011 .
1 I am a physical therapist. Yes, after surgery there is an area that no longer has the cushioning the meniscus provides. This lack of cushioning can also be a new source of pain.
Reducing swelling is key as swelling will increase pain, limit normal range of motion, and inhibit normal muscle strength. If you have not had physical therapy, ask for it now. I would also mention that it is not common to have numbness go down toward your foot.It is possible that although you may have an ongoing knee issue you may also have another issue.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
