If I have a 401k through a union& been on workers comp. can I give it to my parents?

Im 20 years from collecting it and I can't ever be an ironworker again but my doc. Says im only 65% disabled. I have old injuries that add up with 9/11 sickiness(not that severve, arcording to them) that all added together I feel keeps me from daily acctivivties no less work.

So being im going to owe so much in taxes on defaulting on 40k in loans I was hoping I could give the remainder away without anymore tax implications. Very complicated ironwrkrb 47 months ago.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
