Two Ways You can either bring your phone to a VZW store and they will transfer the names for you... there might be a fee, and make sure it has full battery or they won't do it. Somthing about if the phone shuts off during the transfer it will ruin the phone. There is software to do that. They can do that for you in the store. It literally takes minutes to do BUT I believe there is a fee of $10.00.

They also sell a software for you to purchase for most of thier fons so that you can transfer from your computer to your fon...(your contact list) .

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
