If I have a ps3 call of duty advanced warfare account will I be able to transfer it to an xbox one?

All stats are tied to your PSN account, so as long as you use the same account your stats will transfer automatically. As for the mods, you can't. The mods are not on your account, it's on the console.

As the PS4 hasn't been modded there is not 1 single way of transferring the mods. As for getting banned, it's possible for your account to get banned.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
