Resisting arrest with violence is self-explanatory. Is the use of violence or threat of violence to avoid the arrest. Resisting arrest without violence is basically refusing to cooperate during the arrest without the use of violence: for example, running away, sitting in the floor/ground and refuse to walk forcing the officers to drag/carrying them all the way.
Another example would be someone locking themselves in the car, hiding under a bed, or trying to embrace a fixed object like a light pole. Or simply trying to walk away ignoring police surrender orders (the old playing deaf trick) qualify as resisting arrest too.
I resisted arrest without violence and the cop put hand cuffs on me and took me to jail. It sucks.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
