I think they should do what they want, and find it strange that people are embarrassed. Nonetheless, I don't see any harm in being "modest" either.

I guess it depends if you feel that nature is unnatural or not. Baby's hungry and wants food, seems selfish to deny it food because you may feel embarrassed. If you think about it, everyone is eating preprocessed poop, that is embarrassing in itself but doesn't seem to bother most folks.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
