I would think in most states the equipment violation would be written to the owner of the car - as you could simply go to court and demonstrate that you do not own the car. However, the argument could be made that if you knew it was not legal and drove it anyway, that was your choice.
Thats understandable one other thing I forgot to mention is that the car is not paid for which mean pmts are still being made on it. The car came off the. Lot like that, the owner didn't tint the windows or pay nobody to tint them.
Then is either one of us responsible? Bonet 1 day ago .
As the owner of the car, he is responsible for bringing it into compliance. Most of the time an equipment violation is a fix-it-ticket, which means he can have the tint removed (or remove it himself) and photograph that it was done, then present the photograph in court as evidence that he has brought it into compliance, and the ticket will be dismissed.
The car came off the. Lot like that, the owner didn't tint the windows or pay nobody to tint them. Then is either one of us responsible?"The owner bought it in that condition, of course he's responsible.
Yea I was told that by the officer. Just crazy if you get a car off a lot then you shouldn't be responsible for removing it. That but can get expensive for your pockets.
But thnx everyone for the advice. Bonet 1 day ago .
Removing the tint is less expensive than being the continued subject of stops by the police because the windows are too dark. You and your buddy can do it yourselves. Com/id/How-to-remove-car-window-tint%3A-the-not-messy,-chea.
You are responsible for the car you get into and start. If you get pulled over and cited for the tint, that's a fix-it ticket the owner obviously deals with. However, if the officer forbids you to drive the car anymore, YOU walk home or pay the tow truck to take the car elsewhere.
Thnx again for all your opinion, ive heard diff opinions from you all I finally got the answer I was lookin for from several real police offers. Dnt need more opinions. Thnx again bonet 1 day ago .
Huntsville police arrested a man in connection with the shooting death of a young mother of two and Alabama A&M student last week. Huey Lovell Kennedy Jr., 22, has been charged with murder in the shooting of 23-year-old Sharee Bell. He is being held in the Madison County metro jail on a $75,000 bond.
Investigator Michael Leftwich of the Huntsville Police Department's Major Crimes Unit said Bell wasn't the intended target."They had no contact," he said. "They didn't even know one another."Bell had gone to Focus nightclub on Country Club Avenue to pick up a family member at 2 a.m. Friday and never went inside the club, Leftwich said.
Kennedy admitted to getting into an argument with one of Bell's family members before going to a car and getting a shotgun. He allegedly fired several shots, one of which struck Bell. She was taken to Huntsville Hospital, where she later died.
Bell was a nutrition and hospitality management major in the Department of Family and Consumer Sciences at Alabama A&M University.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
