Straight answer on this is "no" the ticket is issued to the driver of license not to the vehicle so if you're worried about your parents finding out, unless your a juvenile you're clear also, just to clarify, you didn't specify if this ticket was for a traffic stop, if so the answer should still be no, but if it was a DUI or restless driving, chances are good the owner of registration will be notified and there could be other charges involved.
