If Noah collected a pair of each animal to repopulate the world why did Noah sacrificed only the clean animals after the flood receeded Genesis 8 Verse 20?

Everybody seems to remember the pairs and two by two part, but don't remember the entire wording of what Noah was commanded to do Genesis 7 1 The LORD then said to Noah, "Go into the ark, you and your whole family, because I have found you righteous in this generation. 2 Take with you seven pair of every kind of clean animal, a male and its mate, and two of every kind of unclean animal, a male and its mate, 3 and also seven of every kind of bird, male and female, to keep their various kinds alive throughout the earth. 4 Seven days from now I will send rain on the earth for forty days and forty nights, and I will wipe from the face of the earth every living creature I have made Genesis 8:20-21 8:20 And Noah builded an altar unto the LORD; and took of every clean beast, and of every clean fowl, and offered burnt offerings on the altar 8:21 And the LORD smelled a sweet savour; and the LORD said in his heart, I will not again curse the ground any more for man's sake; for the imagination of man's heart is evil from his youth ; neither will I again smite any more every thing living, as I have done Answer According to the law given to Moses (which includes much more than the famous Ten Commandments), only clean animals were to be sacrificed to the Lord As the passages quoted above indicate, Noah "took of" or "took from" the collection of clean critters.

This doesn't mean he sacrificed all of them.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
