How anyone can accept something so ridiculous is hard to understand. "I" used to be someone else who WASN'T me? Well, if it wasn't me, then in what sense was "I" involved, especially considering that "I" didn't exist yet?
And someday "I" will be someone else who ISN'T me? Again, if it isn't me, how am "I" involved? Especially considering that "I" will then be in Heaven?
Seriously?
The Bible says that it is appointed unto man once to die and after that the judgment which rules out reincarnation. For Christians there is only one death. For non Christians there are two deaths.
One when you depart this world and the second death when you are condemned to hell. Jesus Christ paid our sin debt on the cross and all who admit their sinfulness, make a conscious decision to turn from their sins (Repent) and by Faith committ their lives to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior have God's promise that they are saved for eternity. If you do this you will have the greatest satisfaction a person can have.
From one who has experienced it. God bless.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
