Yes and No! It all depends on the laws in your state and the method you chose to use,Some states have varied laws on the use of deadly force to protect your life or the lives of others in your home, some states do not allow the use of deadly force to solely protect just your property alone Other states have whats called castle laws which also vary from state to state which allows the property owner to use deadly force in order to protect themselves, their property and their family..Under the castle laws of some states you can legally shoot and kill someone on your own property for such things as breaking into your vehicles, breaking into your out buildings(sheds. Barns, shops ect),or vandalizing your home or other property,or physically attacking anyone on your property,or damaging and/or terrorizing your livestock.
