Bahais have no rules against marrying Muslims, or people of any other religion. One of the distinctive features of the Bahai Faith is that the idea of clean and unclean peoples has been abolished. In the Kitab-e Aqdas, Baha'u'llah writes: 75.

God hath, likewise, as a bounty from His presence, abolished the concept of "uncleanness" whereby divers things and peoples have been held to be impure. He, of a certainty, is the Ever-Forgiving, the Most Generous. Verily, all created things were immersed in the sea of purification when, on that first day of Ridvan, We shed upon the whole of creation the splendours of Our most excellent Names and Our most exalted Attributes.

This, verily, is a token of My loving providence, which hath encompassed all the worlds. Consort ye then with the followers of all religions, and proclaim ye the Cause of your Lord, the Most Compassionate; this is the very crown of deeds, if ye be of them who understand. http://reference.bahai.org/en/t/b/KA/ka-... and you can download the text in Arabic, in word or pdf, here: http://reference.bahai.org/ar/t/b It would be difficult to say that we regard the Aqdas as more or less important than the Quran.

The Quran is treated as authentic scripture in the Bahai Faith, and so are the writings of Baha'u'llah. What is clear is that we put live not by the Islamic shariah, but rather by the laws and teachings of Baha'u'llah, because -- as you can see from the example above -- they are suited to a modern world. That's no disrespect to Muhammad and what he achieved, or to the Quran as the revelation of God's will.

But the world moves on, and God leads us forward to the next stage.

Religion should never get n the way of relationships. I havent seen any of the Baha'i users on lately so I will answer. This site simplifies things http://www.religionfacts.com/bahai/compa... "I've been dating" Ive been told thats against Islam to date?

Im confused. Maybe I was told that by someone from a different branch of Islam. "A second question I have: As Baha'is, what do you think if a Baha'i girl marries a Sunni Muslim man?"

You shouldnt care what other people or a religion thinks. "Is it allowed in your faith?" Its a syncretic religion that mixes Islam with Christianity and a hint of Buddhism so I would assume it is allowed.

"Are there things I should think about in advance?" Where to go on your date maybe? "It is difficult to ask her all these questions because they are too formal questions and I don't want to ruin our relationship with such serious questions now.

I want to find out on my own without asking her directly." Thats understandable but they don't have to be formal. If you ask something in a way like "Hey ive been just a bit curious on what is the Baha'i Faith about anyways?

I don't know how it differs from Islam. I have no problem with you being in a different religion but I just wanted to know some things" Good luck.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
