If they had to that would be easy: She has surprisingly good approval numbers, it seems like many feel that she has done a good job as Secretary of State, and she has the political muscle to pull it off.
Others could run. Biden or Edwards, or guys like Schumer or Warner, but I don't think the Dems would feel too great about any of those options.
I couldn't give a workable answer to this question, being about as far from interested in Democrat candidates as a guy can be and still be legal, but I AM willing to bet a dollar to a donut hole the question is moot anyway.
Because nobody can beat him in the primary. The President has already demonstrated that he and his supporters are absolutely ruthless campaigners, no holds barred. He'll destroy anyone in the party who runs against him.
That's very sad in light of the increasing number of liberals who are voicing their disappointment in his lack of performance.
No I am I conservative and I too am not looking to see anyone stronger. I view it as a weakness in their ranks and an example of how they are becoming more Socialist. As you said he will "destroy" a challenger.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
