The theories that we use to understand our own universe do suggest their own answer to what s out there beyond our universe. They are not created by scientist s imagination, but rather they come out of the equations. Inflationary cosmology suggest that the big bang can happen elsewhere in a multiverse system, and each big bang give rise to a universe of it s own.
String theory also suggest that there may be parallel universes all exist in a multiverse system, and each universe is attached to a membrane floating in a hyper dimension. It is suggested that the big bang occurs when 2 of these membrane collide with each other. These are just ideas though, as they cannot be proven to exist either experimentally, or through observational evidence.
But they are suggested by the mathematics of these theories.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
