I Do most of the following to uplift my spirit: Meditate. Pray. Listen to Alfa waves or bi-neuro beats.
Light candles. Stay alone in a silent room and lie down while inhaling and exhaling. Practice on concentrating on your spirit only when meditating.
Try to get rid of thinking any negative thoughts. Feed your body with good nutrients that will reflect towards the mind and soul. Lastly, pick up a healthy and positive hobby that soothes your mind, like reading or yoga which are some things I do.
These steps should help heal the spiritual aspect in you. I hope that helps and goodluck.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
