I would not have either treatment, and no, I am not a sadist. I have watched victims who had cancer get these treatments and suffer big time. The patients seem to be very ill and in so much discomfort.
I would not wish to spend my last days here on earth causing more misery for myself. I worked in a nursing home so trust me I have seen plenty of cancer victims go thru this. On a personal level, my father was diagnosed with lung cancer almost ten years ago.
He has refused all types of treatments for the cancer and wishes to never be forced to endure these. This summer he allowed oxygen to be used and felt the relief. So now, he uses the oxygen as needed at home.
This is the only treatment he has ever had.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
