If you won a million dollars today, what would be the first thing you would do?(some of yall gonna say save 1st but yeah right lol)?

If you win 1 million dollars the first thing you or anybody should do is put 40% away to pay for taxes! You do not want to end up like Richard Hatch of Survivor fame. Richard failed to report the $1 million prize he won on Survivor and was later convicted on tax evasion and served jail time for that.

After stashing 40% for Uncle Sam, I would take $100K and travel for as long as possible, backpack the world, spend the summer in the Mediterranean, and Winder in the Southern hemisphere (Argentina/Brazil), etc.

Buy some people a house (someone who needs it, I have some people in mind)... and save 1/4 of it for ME! For real! Spend about 1/4 of it: seriously, buy a grand piano, make a game/music room add-on for friends and family fun!

Help clean up some bike trails boring huh?! Haha! Oh well!

I would buy a nice big house for my family. We live in an area of the country where we could do that and still have a lot of money left over, even after taxes.

Go buy some yarn and beautiful beads for me to make things.

Calculate the govt s tax impact on it . Then visit my bank and ask them to invest 60% and save 20% and balance I would spend on celebrating.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
