If you're driving a little fast and you see a parked police car should you slow down immediately or slowly?

Either way - just slow down I tend to slow down slowly but take my foot off the brake once I'm passing the officer so they don't see the red brake lights. LOL. They're aren't dumb though - they saw you speeding as you approached.As long as you slow down they will usually not pursue you.

I worked at a police department for a few months and part of the required training was going on ride alongs with the officers. It was a lot of fun and very informative. I once asked this question to an officer and he told me that as long as they slow down he usually let's it go, but there are always officers who love to give out tickets.

Slow down safely but quickly If they are using laser, they probably already have you. If they are using radar, slowing down quickly may keep them from getting a good reading on you. In any case, don't jam on the breaks so hard that they now think you're a reckless driver, for which I'm sure they'll find a reason to pull you over..

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
