Assuming the flight takes 7 hours (which it usually does), you need to add another 5 to account for the time difference so it will arrive in London at 6 am. Your body, however, will think it's still 1 am and in all probability the flight attendants will have served breakfast at what feels like midnight! This is the worst time of day for jetlag and unfortunately most flights going that way DO go overnight.
So you end up in London around breakfast time feeling totally zonked especially if you haven't been able to get any sleep - I'm too tall to manage it in an economy class seat.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
