Don't let her, after 30 days she becomes a resident and you will not be able to get rid of her. Not a smart move. You will have to evict her and in some States it could take a very long time.

Instead of going thru all the rigamaroo of different scenarios, just tell her "no". First of all she's not going to do a good overall cleaning. She will probably make money by bringing friends in to have sex.

A rent application fee is about $200 and a deposit is probably $400 but she would have to provide about $2000 just to get the apartment and she would have to have a permanent job, therefore if she's cleaning your place she does NOT have a full time job, so it does not equate. If a person owns their own cleaning business they'd probably charge around $20 an hour, and if they are working for an agency would get maybe $9 an hour tops. So are you saying she is dilligent enough to 67 hours to 244 hours for you?

And what are her plans for the weekend? Are you being used? Never invite a stranger in like that.

And in the county where I am you'd need a court order to get her out. And if she's unemployed then it might take her 9 months to 2 years to get employed and she'll beg you wanting to stay. Just say "no".

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
