I'm a bit confused - Are we allowed to use Livelinkcafe to promote our Hubs or not?

Honestly, I am surprised to see that. Not sure what it is really and I believe it is some sort of backlink tool? As long as it is not promotional, I believe it should be allowed.

I could be wrong but I don't see anything wrong with that site yet.

Here is a hub about using Traffic exchanges Their hubs were deleted by HP. alittletruth.hubpages.com/hub/Caution-Hu..., there is an UNWRITTEN rule about taffic exchanges. Nothing specific can be found in the TOS, yet hub pages will delete your hubs and maybe close account if you use them.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
