I'm a frequent flyer on American, but other airlines can be cheaper. Is it worth it to pay $100 more for the AA flight to earn the miles?

Depends on your views. If $100 isn't much of a hit then it may be worth it. My main goal is to get to platinum level; I like the upgrades and at Platinum its almost a given.

If for just regular miles in the bank, not so much. As long as you fly once a year on an airline, the miles don't expire (for most airlines) Now miles do add up and you can also get gift cards and such with them, not just flights.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
