Good. That's the right attitude. You are close to a solution.
I find the best way of coping with such extreme anxiety is to step back and take a broad view of the problem and put the situation in perspective. What is the worst that could happen if you failed? You won't be put in prison, you won't be fined or executed, you won't lose your family or your friends or your possessions.
It won't ruin your life. You will still be able to enjoy life, play sports or a musical instrument, travel, fall in love, etc etc. The worst that could happen is that you might have to drop chemistry and do something else instead. Is that so bad?
It might actually be good for you, since you might find something you like better and are more suited to. More likely, though, you will get the chance to resit in a few months. So just step back and say to yourself, "F*** it, it isn't worth worrying about, there are more important things in my life."
At the same time, stop revising. Do something else instead. When you have resigned yourself to the possibility of failing, you will be much more relaxed and in fact more likely to succeed in the exam.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
