Is society failing us or are we failing ourselves?

The question in and of itself does not make sense.

Insinuates that there is a difference between the two, when the truth of the matter is that we are SOCIETY and there is no other.

Society is the complete combination of citizens. We, together make up society, so it is the combination of citizens who are in society that are failing America or whatever country you are part of. That includes the citizens, who are elected to political office.

Probably both but you we can fix that one person at a time for you: to thine own self be true.

" Each of us, our personal beliefs, our values and standards, our relationships come together to create society. That said, seeing as it is individuals that create and are indeed a part of society it would have to be said that we have failed society.By creating a society that does not support all of the individuals we have in fact failed ourselves.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
