I'm going to a concert in Ottawa even though I'm in Hamilton, Ontario. Does anyone have any tips to make the ride shorter?

If your not driving, you can do things like read a book, or sleep to make the road trip shorter. You can also do things like buy a portable DVD player to watch some movies, or get a portable gaming system such as PSP or Nintendo DS to keep you occupied. If you are the one driving, I would suggest making a lot of CDs to keep you occupied.

Make stops often to stretch and keep from getting too tired or restless. Good luck on your trip to the concert!

Ottawa is unique in that it does not have a main street like Hamilton where you can walk along Check out the Byward Market -shopping and restaurnats and the Rideau shopping centre You might want to see the Parliament buildings and if have time the many museums-National Gallery, Science and Technology-not downtown and the Museum of Civilization Buy a souvenir I lived in Hamilton years ago and loved it.

The Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources has dropped 220,000 packets of ONRAB (raccoon rabies vaccine) around the Hamilton area. A concoction of fat, icing sugar and vanilla ensures the critters take their medicine.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
