Canada is great as far as healthcare goes, can't believe that guy tried saying otherwise. Anyway I'm sure they don't want to give you a circumcision because there are other ways to cure phimosis. Circumcision is only for the most severe cases.

There should be a steroid cream that you can get that'll get rid of your phimosis. Although maybe you are in the extreme minority that needs a circumcision, but I'd still look for other treatments and avoid circumcision at all costs. Seriously the worst thing you can do for your body.

Dr. Pollock in Vancouver, BC is an expert in this area. He did my second son's circumcision, and my vasectomy, and I am very impressed with his methods. I know you can't get over to the west coast, but he is very well connected across Canada and around the world, and is recognized for leading edge techniques.

I say all that as background because I'd trust his references. His website (url below) has a "links" page, which includes a vasectomy clinic in Ottawa. I don't know if they do circumcisions as well (many doctors who specialize in that area do both), and the link appears to be broken so I couldn't check.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
