Good luck. I quit smoking by learning about the physical affects of nicotine addiction . According to the info that I got, the physical addiction wears off after three days and after that it is the psychological addiction that continues to torture us.
I figured that I could last at least three days. Whether this was true or not, I don't know. But the most important lesson I learned was not to quit forever.
Quit for today. If you manage today, then quit for tomorrow. If you manage tomorrow, quit for the next day.
And so on. If you can do this, then maybe like me, you can look decades backwards to when you use to smoke. I did this to quit drinking also, but it was a lot harder.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
