Don't mess up your body at your age. If you want to lose weight.. and others say that maybe you should.. like if you are clearly 20 lbs or more overweight.. then slowly take it down. Do it by staying very very mildly hungry .. to the point where it is barely noticeable.
Get rid of junk food in the house or lock it away don't eat much of things that are white in color such as: sugar, bread, rice, potato walk and get some exercise. Do some body weight exercises at home and do things safely. Never walk in an unsafe area.
