It's fantastic that you're thinking about going to church. You could perhaps pray for guidance on which church to go to. You may want to try a few churches of different denominations in your area before settling on one.
I guess if you were baptized in a Catholic church (I'm assuming that's what you said in your question? ) - then the Catholic church's stance would be that you should attend Catholic church. But ultimately it comes down to making sure whatever church you attend is preaching according to the Bible (not getting hung up on the exact denomination).
Definitely pray to God for guidance on this. Note that the guidance may not necessarily come in the form you 'expect'.
You can really go to any church you want to. Giselle summed it up so very well, but this question made me think of a quote from one of my favorite movies Steel Magnolias, "God don't care what church you go to, as long as you show up.
Nope, you can go to any church you want! People in all denominations get baptized, in Protestant denominations (like Methodist, Baptist, Lutheran, Presbyterian, etc) and in the Catholic church. The more important thing will be to find a church that supports you and your family, and where you are comfortable.
Thanks for your answers I been thinking about going since moving to a new area but because I was baptised I didn't know if I had to find a Catholic church or not because the one near me is church of England. X.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
