For words that refer to human beings, it is fairly simple, since 'die' is female and 'der' is male. There are a few exceptions which you just have to memorize, for example the word for 'girl' is 'das Mädchen'. But that only applies to the nominative case.
It is different in the other three cases, but it will still adhere to the same gender rules. Just look up a German article chart to see which article to use depending on the gender and case of the noun. And as Rain points out, König means king, not queen.
Also note that nouns are always capitalized in German (Königin is correct, königin is incorrect).
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
